Reiki Level One

Ideal for anyone wishing to start learning about energy healing. The Level One course covers:

  • The history of Reiki
  • Receive four attunements to connect you with Reiki healing energy
  • Self Healing Positions - practice on self
  • The Chakra system
  • The Reiki Positions for treating others - practice on others
  • Mandala drawing
  • Certification after completion of the course
  • Information to take home to help you after your training
  • You are asked to work on yourself for a month prior to learning Level 2

    Course Times:
    I offer Reiki training over four afternoons 1.30pm - 4.30pm.

    If you would like to work with me, it is simply a matter of working out a time when you can attend and then booking in. If attending the class by yourself, please organise someone to practice Reiki on during the class - you will need someone for three, one hour sesssions.
